Do I need a reference photo?
No. A written description is required, but photos are optional.

When do you make the hat?
Only after you explicitly approve the proof.

Can I request changes?
Yes. Use the proof page to leave comments and attach a photo or PDF.

How long will it take?
We will confirm timing with your proof before production begins.

Can I return a custom hat?
Approved custom designs cannot be returned for preference changes. Contact us about manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Can you use any logo or character I upload?
No. You must own or have permission to use uploaded artwork, and Brim & Bee may decline protected, unsafe, hateful, or unsuitable requests.
