Ready-made hats ship according to the estimate shown at checkout. Custom production begins only after proof approval; we will confirm timing with the proof. Tracking is added to your Shopify order when the hat ships. Approved custom designs cannot be returned for preference changes. Contact us about manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
